For an accessible / motivating intro to what it means to live a legit healthy lifestyle, listen to The Ultimate Health Podcast. It’s hosted by Toronto-based nutritionist / chef Marni Wasserman and health expert Dr. Jesse Chappus who get right to the point about the health topics we all care about – daily routines, sugar addiction, heavy metals in our diet, setting goals, etc. Weekly, they interview high-profile guests, like Gabby Bernstein, Danielle LaPorte, Arianna Huffington and more.

Host Dave Asprey is the man behind Bulletproof coffee, the butter coffee drink / diet that was born out of his mission to improve his biochemistry. Dave spent 15 years using his body as a ‘personal laboratory,’ finding the exact hacks that worked. His podcast is where he shares his knowledge and talks to super smart guests, like Tim Ferris, Neil Strauss, Emily Morse, about upgrading life. 

SriMati Divine Throughline 

If you believe we are ‘spiritual beings having a human experience’ and could do with some more divine guidance in your day, you need SriMati. She’s a spiritual wellness warrior / plant-based chef who waxes spiritual in a way that will make you feel slightly more enlightened with each episode.
