If the first two videos from Kendrick Lamar’s most recent effort are any indication (‘HUMBLE.’, ‘DNA.’), every visual KDot releases is a serious work of art.

Enter his latest vid, this time for ‘ELEMENT.’, an essential track from the album. Directed by Jonas Lindstroem and The Little Homies, the clip uses a ton of powerful imagery and stunning shots, directly referencing progressive filmmaker and photographer Gordon Parks, whose work centered on the lives of African Americans.
