“This song was me trying to confront the things that I felt were holding me back and making it hard to feel deserving of love.”

Toronto smooth indie act Charlotte Day Wilson is back with her first new new track since her brilliant 2016 debut EP CDW. The song is titled “Doubt” and is a reflective swayer from the beloved producer & multi-instrumentalist, who co-produced and co-wrote the piece alongside BADBADNOTGOOD’s Matthew Tavares and Chester Hansen. As Wilson (who’s also worked with Daniel Caesar & River Tiber) told The Fader

“I wrote this song after a period of time where I had been traveling quite a bit for work… I was reflecting on my relationship and realizing I’d been taking it for granted. This song was me trying to confront the things that I felt were holding me back and making it hard to feel deserving of love.”
